Click the Show Focused Inbox button to turn the feature off. If Focused Inbox is currently enabled, the Show Focused Inbox will be outlined in gray. Disabling Focused Inbox will prevent filtering and, instead, display all messages in a single-stream inbox. If you’re using Outlook in a browser, when you right-click on the message, you’ll first need to click Move, and then Always move to Focused inbox. This will enforce a rule, moving all messages from this address to the Focused Inbox from now on. In the Outlook app for MacOS or Windows, select Always Move to Focused. To do this for important emails from EP, open your Outlook inbox and enter this email address in the Search field: should now see a list of messages from that email address. To avoid missing important emails, you can set messages from particular email addresses to always be filtered into the Focused Inbox. When Outlook’s Focused Inbox is enabled, emails can be filtered into either a Focused or Other inbox. The Focused tab includes the emails that Outlook understands are the most important to you using machine learning. Once the feature is enabled, you'll notice two new tabs in the Inbox section, including the "Focused" and "Other". How to use Focused Inbox in OutlookĪlthough the instructions to set up Focused Inbox are slightly different depending on your experience of Outlook, the feature works virtually the same on every environment. 
Once you complete these steps, Focused Inbox will no longer be available in your account, and all your messages will appear without any smart sorting.
